I need help for my ban please..

I was banned for absolutely no reason. I had not been messaging anyone but I got banned for spam for asking one question. I had been messaged the same message by a ton of other accounts. I find it really annoying. I paid 20 dollars for VIP as well. When I got banned it really hurt because 1. It was for no reason and 2. I have people on there who are really important to me. My user name is the same thing as it is on here.

I was asking if anyone was getting the same messages I was because it was everyday when I joined the teen room on Allo. I got messages from a bunch of different people saying to join the chat site. I never was advertising or sending links. I only asked if anyone was getting the same messages.
